Comorian Ndzwani (2025)

At the end of 2025, Pierre-Marcel Favre, the publisher of this translation, travelled to the Comoros with his wife Emilienne and a Swiss couple to celebrate this wonderful achievement.

Mr Sultan Chouzour, who had been, among other things, the Comoros ambassador to Paris, mobilised his extensive network of contacts to organise an event to present the book to the local authorities. This took place on 31 December, with speeches in Comorian and French by various cultural, educational and religious authorities. Readings from The Little Prince in French and Comorian were part of the festivities.

Of note was the presence of a delegation from the Chinese Embassy and an official from the French Embassy, who expressed interest in having the book reprinted in an edition financed by the French authorities in the Comoros.
